Countywide Drug Warrant Sweep Nets 10 Arrests

Law enforcement officers arrested 10 suspects after a drug warrant sweep on Tuesday.

Warsaw police officers, along with officers from the Winona Lake Police Department, Indiana State Police, Claypool Police Department, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department and Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, served multiple drug warrants in Kosciusko County. In all, police served warrants on eight individuals for various drug-related offenses.

The following suspects were booked into Kosciusko County Jail on the charges listed:

• Tommy Eugene Meade, 62, Warsaw, level 4 felony dealing narcotics 1 to 5 grams, $15,000 surety and $250 cash bond.

• Alonzo Esteban Villarreal, 36, Fort Wayne, level 4 felony dealing methamphetamine 1 to 5 grams, $15,000 surety and $250 cash bond.

• Ashley Nicole Wolf, 20, Mentone, level 4 felony dealing methamphetamine 1 to 5 grams, $15,000 surety and $250 cash bond.

• Joshua Dean Richardson, 32, Warsaw, level 3 felony dealing narcotics 5 to 10 grams, $20,000 surety and $250 cash bond.

• Sheldon Lee Lawrence, 25, Warsaw, level 5 felony dealing narcotic, level 6 felony possession of narcotic, $10,000 surety and $250 cash bond.

• Paul Larry Luna, 40, Warsaw, level 2 felony dealing methamphetamine over 10 grams, level 6 felony possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony possession of paraphernalia with a prior, level 6 felony auto theft, $25,000 surety and $250 cash bond.

• Stephen James O’Connell, 33, Warsaw, level 4 felony dealing narcotic 1 to 5 grams, $15,000 surety and $250 cash bond.

• Shawn Lee Jefferson, 40, Pierceton, level 2 felony dealing methamphetamine over 10 grams, $25,000 surety and $250 cash bond.

The following suspects also were arrested during the drug warrant roundup:

• Karen Marie Bonham, 41, Warsaw, level 5 felony dealing methamphetamine, level 6 felony possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony maintaining a common nuisance, misdemeanor charges for possession of marijuana, possession of synthetic drug, possession of paraphernalia, $10,000 surety and $250 cash bond.

• Whitney Leighann Schwab, 27, Milford, level 6 felony possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony neglect of a dependent, $5,000 surety and $250 cash bond.

Agencies were assisted by the Department of Child Services and the Kosciusko County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
