    One 1973 Shamrock 14x56 manufactured home, VIN; 66510100, Located at 920 Anchorage Road, #88, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, owner known as Pablo Rosas, where the sale will be conducted.

    Sale Terms: cashier's check only, if manufactured home is to be removed from sale site, security deposit required and removal to be within 5 days.
