County Jail Bookings

The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 10:34 a.m. Friday – Logan Scott House, 22, of 4479 N. CR 475E, Leesburg, arrested for invasion of privacy and domestic battery causing serious bodily injury. Bond: $12,500.

• 11:20 a.m. Friday – Jacob Evan Whitaker, 21, of 5902 W. Channel Road, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $765.

• 12:24 p.m. Friday – Lindsay Raye Housman, 30, of 1194 N. Honeycomb Lane, Cromwell, arrested for dealing meth. Bond: $15,250.

• 10:46 p.m. Friday – Zarre Andrew Fitzpatrick, 20, of 303 N. Columbia St., #B, Warsaw.  arrested for possession of meth, driving without a license and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $10.250.

• 12:20 a.m. Saturday – Gabriel Ramiscal Guzman, 26, of 411 W. Rochester St., Akron, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.

• 12:40 a.m. Saturday – Paul Joseph Neata, 24, of 891 S. Caleb Court, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $700.

• 1:24 a.m. Saturday – Trey Darnell Bradley, 19, of 215 S. Scott St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.

• 2:17 a.m. Saturday – Taylor Marie Patrick, 18, of 4113 E. CR 100S, Pierceton, arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $400.

• 2:22 a.m. Saturday – Shawnee Jean Smalley, 18, of 202 W. Section St., Claypool, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia. Bond $5,250. 

• 2:36 a.m. Saturday – Evelyn Ann Powers, 39, of 202 W. Section St., Claypool, arrested for  maintaining a common nuisance and neglect of a dependant. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:23 a.m. Saturday – Colin Randall Platz, 27, of 304 Maple Lane, Nappanee, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and reckless driving. Bond: $700.

• 4:11 a.m. Saturday – Scott Alan Powers, 40, of 202 W. Section St., Claypool, arrested for possession of meth, possession of a handgun by a felon, driving while classified as a habitual traffic offender, dealing meth. and neglect of a dependent. Bond: $25.250. 

• 12:43 p.m. Saturday – Darrin William Teeple, 37, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #102, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set. 

• 4:06 p.m. Saturday – Matthew Manges, 31, of 308 W. Boston St., Syracuse. arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 4:52 p.m. Saturday – Nathan Daniel George, 31, of 223 W. Jefferson St., #B, Warsaw, arrested for invasion for privacy. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:46 p.m. Saturday – Kimberly Kay Busz, 31, of 316 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 12:29 a.m. Sunday – Nicole Marie Masterson, 28, of 1 EMS B37 Lane, #70, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.

• 6:33 a.m. Sunday – Curtis Alexander Humphrey, 36, of 804 N. Harrison St., #3, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 5:37 p.m. Sunday – Vanessa Renee Drake, 18, Elkhart, arrested for driving without a license, dealing marijuana and failure to appear. Bond: $600.

• 7:01 p.m. Sunday – Michael Dean Johnston, 48, of 1101 E. Winona Ave., #D, Warsaw, arrested on eight counts of failure to appear. Bond: $3,542.02.



Personal Injury Accident

• 12:20 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of North Main and East North streets, North Webster. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Robert Bentley, 37, EMS B33A Lane, Warsaw; Shana Hunziker, 24, Doswell Boulevard, Cromwell; Kimberly Bolt, 47, CR 375N, Warsaw. Injury: Bolt complained of pain to her neck; Myla Julian, 6, Doswell Boulevard,a  passenger in Hunziker’s vehicle, complained of pain to her entire body. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. North Webster Police Department investigated. 



Property Damage Accidents

• 4:17 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and CR 500S, Warsaw. Car hit fence. Driver: Shelley Garrett, 48, Walkers Ridge, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. 

• 8:21 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of Center and Bronson streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Christine Rogers, 30, Hartzler Street, Warsaw; Patti Haines, 65, Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:44 a.m. Sunday – Intersection of Ind. 13 and CR 400N, North Webster. Car hit deer. Driver: Curtis Smith, 47, First Street, Pierceton. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.

• 2:12 p.m. Saturday – A person reported a theft of a cell phone in the 1600 block of Fisher Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:27 a.m. Sunday – A person reported the theft of a purse in the 400 block of Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:23 p.m. Sunday – A man reported a lost wallet in the 300 block of West Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:41 p.m. Sunday – A person reported a juvenile leaving home without permission in the 3300 block of Old Colony Road. WPD.
