County Jail Bookings

 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 1:18 p.m. Wednesday – Christopher Ray Hall, 34, of 405 E. Third St., North Manchester, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $324.

•1:51 p.m. Wednesday – Chad Preston Hall, 29, of 602 S. McClellan St., Warsaw, arrested for false informing. Bond: $500.

• 3:41 p.m. Wednesday – Kevin Rodriguez, 21, of 3762 W. Old Road 30 42E, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 4:05 p.m. Wednesday – Timothy Daniel Applegate, 35, of New Carlisle, arrested for failure to appear, a felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:56 p.m. Wednesday – Dollie Korinne Bumgardner, 20,  of 1692 E. 200N #98, Warsaw, arrested for battery causing bodily injury. Bond: $600.

• 6:36 p.m. Wednesday – Staci Mae Craig, 27, 39, of Meadows Drive, Nappanee, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.

• 7:16 p.m. Wednesday –  Michael Paul  Eldridge, 26, of 4330 N Old Road 15, #35, Warsaw, arrested for intimidation, a felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:19 p.m. Wednesday – Rick Leslie Kensinger, 36, of 920 Anchorage Road #53, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.

• 9:05 p.m. Wednesday – Michael Steven Anderson, 36, 600 W. Pike St., of Warsaw, arrested for battery on a law enforcement officer and inappropriate communication with a child. Bond: $5,250.

Property?Damage Accidents

• 8:06 a.m. Wednesday – U.S. 30 west of East Old Road 30, Warsaw, two-vehicle accident. Drivers: Cordel D. King, 22, Higbee Street, Milford; Dalton E. Hugar, 18, DeMotte. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:22 p.m. Wednesday – Ind. 15 South, west of Emeline Street, Milford, two-vehicle accident. Drivers: James L. Biddle, 54, West Ind. 14, Akron; Nicholas A. Ellers, 40, South Etna Street, Etna Green. Damage: $750 to $1,000. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 2:59 p.m. Wednesday – 3350 U.S. 30, near Warsaw. Car hit parking barrier in store parking lot. Driver: Kathryn J. Hostetler, 65, West Warren Avenue, Silver Lake. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

• 3:39 p.m. Wednesday – 2200 block of East Center St. Two-vehicle  accident. Drivers: April L. Grant, 36, East Spring Street, Etna Green; Jeanne M. Schutz, 72,  South Freedom Parkway, Winona Lake. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

• 4:10 p.m. Wednesday – 117 E. Center Street, Warsaw, a parked car damaged by another vehicle. Car registered  to Kyle R. Katsche, Rochester. Damage: $750 to $1,000. WPD.

• 5:29 p.m. Wednesday – U.S. 30 and East Old Road 30, Warsaw, two-vehicle accident. Drivers: Judie A. Wyman, 32, Leedy Street, Warsaw; Toni A. Willard, 57, West Side Drive, Winona Lake. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

• 6:03 p.m. Wednesday – West CR 950W, north of CR West 75N, near Etna Green.  Car hit deer. Driver:  Octavio Nunez-Juorez, 35, CR South 950W, Mentone. Damage: $2,500 to $1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.



Incidents

• Midnight Tuesday – Police contacted about an invasion of privacy in the 1600 block of CR East 200N. WPD investigated.

• 3:01 a.m. Wednesday, report of theft at a store in the 1200 block of U.S. 30, Warsaw. WPD investigated.

8:18 p.m. Wednesday – A report of two cars broken into in the 900 block of Executive Avenue at Ivy Tech. A purse was reported stolen.
