Pierceton's Holiday Pimitive and Antique Show Saturday

The chamber’s goal is to feature only the best antiques and primitives, so the committee selects juried vendors from Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Ohio for the show. The chamber calls it “one of the best primitive shows in Northern Indiana.”
The show will also feature some demonstrations.

At 11 a.m., Kerry Hippensteel, a professional landscaper and antique dealer, will instruct visitors how to decorate with greenery.
Beginning at 1 p.m., Sally Reuter from Pure and Simple Woolens will instruct visitors on the art of making a mini greenery garland feather tree. A few kits will be available.
WIOE Oldies 101.1 will do live remote broadcasting throughout the show. Fresh kettle corn will be available all day, and the chamber is sponsoring refreshments.
Those doing Christmas shopping are reminded of the antiques, jewelry and specialty shops in downtown Pierceton, along with some cafes. The shops will be decked out for Christmas.
