Orrin Andrew "Andy" Hoffer, 81, Warsaw, passed away at 12:15 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13, 2017, at Parkview Regional Hospital, Fort Wayne. 

He was born May 26, 1936, in Warsaw, to Fred and Gladys Lucille Hunter Hoffer. 

He graduated from Etna Green High School and was a lifetime resident of the Etna Green/Warsaw area. He was married on Feb. 29, 2004, in Punta Gorda, Fla., to Beverly Ann Tinkey, who survives. 

He retired in 2001 as owner/operator of Hoffer Trucking Inc. and formerly worked as a driver for General Electric in Fort Wayne for many years. 

He was a member of Moose Lodge 1423, Rozella Ford Golf Club and Kosciusko Community Senior Activity Club, all in Warsaw, and Plymouth-Kilwinning Lodge 148 F & AM in Plymouth. He was a former member of Fraternal Order of Eagles 1339, Fraternal Order of Elks and Stonehenge Golf Club, all in Warsaw. He enjoyed golf, reading computer, TV, travel, walking, all sports and his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Beverly Hoffer, Warsaw; a daughter, Lisa Fath, Palmetto, Fla.; four sons: Dirk A. Hoffer, Las Vegas, Nev.; Brian Miller, North Manchester; Darin (Lori) Miller, Columbia City; and Andrew F. (Monica) Hoffer, Douglas, Wyo.; three stepdaughters: Terri Lynn (Kevin) Eaton, Claypool; Carleen Sue (Mark) Quinlan, Granger; and Allyson Ann (Tony) Fox, Bloomington; two stepsons, Douglas William (Virginia) Clampitt and Stephen Scott (Terri) Clampitt, both of Warsaw; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; several stepgrandchildren; several stepgreat-grandchildren; two sisters, Jerri Beth Monesmith, Etna Green, and Sandy Lou Cain, Glasgow, Ky.; and a brother, Ron (Dana) Hoffer, Fort Wayne.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Sam and Tom Hoffer.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County. 

A celebration of life service will take place at 11 a.m.  Saturday, Nov. 18, at the Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. Ind. 15, Warsaw, with Pastor Jamy Gregory of Warsaw Community Church officiating. 

Burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery at a later date.
