• 11:40 a.m. Thursday – Candelario Alvarez, 36, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000. 

• 12:18 p.m. Thursday – Stephanie Lynn Rudd, 27, North Judson, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set. 

• 12:19 p.m Thursday – Victoria Frohn, 42, of 9709 W. CR 200S, Mentone, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.

• 12:33 p.m. Thursday – Juan Arzola, 60, of 515 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.

• 2:13 p.m. Thursday – Aaron Walter Burchett, 29, of 920 Anchorage Road, #92, Warsaw, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond:  $500.

• 2:51 p.m. Thursday – Terry Dewayne Baker, 49, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, Pierceton, arrested for false certificate of registration for a motor vehicle. Bond: $500.

• 3:41 p.m. Thursday – Ruby Ann Staab, 37, of 290 E. CR 400S, Pierceton, arrested on four counts of failure to appear. No bond set.

• 5:46 p.m. Thursday – Cody Ray  Hart, 39, Rochester, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $579. 

• 8:07 p.m. Thursday – Elizabeth Kay Stump, 35, of 304 High St., Silver Lake, arrested for theft and failure to appear. No bond set.

• 8:27 p.m. Thursday – Kaleb Brandon Green, 22, of 306 W. Prairie St., Leesburg, arrested for  probation violation. No bond set.

• 6:47 a.m. Thursday –  Intersection of CRs 200S and 600W, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Marvin Hinds, 24, CR 775W, Mentone. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. 

• 7:02 a.m. Thursday –  Intersection of Ind.15 and CR 950S, Silver Lake. Car hit deer. Damage: $750-$1,000. Driver: Daniel Sarll, 35, Wabash. KCSD.

• 11:12 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and East Center Street, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Lynda Prater, 61, Tecumseh Street, Warsaw.  Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Incidents

• 11:50 a.m. Thursday – Police responded to a welfare check in the 500 block of Ulrich Drive, Milford. KCSD.

• 12:51 p.m. Thursday – A person reported a runaway in the 12900 block of CR 800W, Akron. WPD.
