Etna Church Craft Bazaar Planned Nov. 11

COLUMBIA CITY — Etna Church is having its annual craft bazaar from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 11.

Over 25 vendors will be at the bazaar. Home-cooked food will be served all day.

Craft venders who want to particpate in the bazaar should call 260-229-8662.

All proceeds from table rentals and food sales goes to the church’s missions outreach.

The church is at 4905 N. CR 550W, Columbia City.



Bazaar Saturday At First Free Will Baptist

CLAYPOOL — The ladies of First Free Will Baptist Church of Kosciusko County are having a bazaar from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.   

The bazaar will feature crafts, homemade candies, peanut butter pies, etc. Lunch will also be available for purchase.  

The church is at 58 W. CR 700S., Claypool.

Brunch Honoring Veterans Planned Nov. 12

NORTH MANCHESTER — Congregational Christian Church will honor veterans and their families with a special 10 a.m. brunch followed by a recognition service at 10:30 a.m. Nov 12.  

A meal of biscuits and sausage gravy and fruit will be offered free of charge to veterans and their families. Any donations received from the public will go to benefit future Honor Flights to Washington, D.C., for veterans.

Annual Harvest Of Praise Is Saturday

Cooks Chapel Church, 4567 W. CR 100S, Warsaw, will have its annual Harvest of Praise on Saturday.

A free meal of pulled pork, mac and cheese, green beens and pie will be served at 6 p.m. A time of fellowship, singing and thanksgiving testimonies will follow.

A freewill offering will be taken for Randy and Adena Wildman to help with ESL mission.

Turkey Shoot Planned Saturday at EABTC

CLAYPOOL — Early Apostolic Bible Training Center will have a turkey shoot from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Food will be available.

All proceeds will go for Christmas baskets.

Chizum In Concert Nov. 12 At New Harvest

New Harvest Church of the Nazarene will feature song evangelist Dennis Chizum in concert at 10:45 a.m. ?Nov. 12.

There is no admission charge for the concert, but a voluntary love offering will be collected.

The church is at 1654 Fisher Ave., Warsaw.



Celebration Sunday Planned This Weekend

Warsaw Wesleyan Church invites the community to join them for Celebration Sunday this weekend.  

The church will have one combined service at 10 a.m. Nurseries will be available for children up to age 3 and Honeybees for age 4 through kindergarten.

Author Heck Coming To Victory Fellowship

NORTH MANCHESTER — Author Peter Heck will speak at 10 a.m. Sunday at Victory Christian Fellowship, North Manchester.

Heck, of Kokomo, graduated cum laude from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in both social studies education and political science. Then after compiling a perfect academic record, he earned his master’s in political science from Ball State University in 2007.

A high school teacher since 2001, Heck teaches courses in American government and American history. He founded a media productions corporation, Attaboy Productions Inc., in 2004.

In 2011, Heck published his first book, “78: How Christians Can Save America,” followed by “Believe: A Confrontation with Christianity’s Biggest Challenges” in 2012, “Me: America's Deadly Obsession” in 2014, and “Family” in 2015. He is also a contributing columnist for the Indianapolis Star and The American Thinker, and his work has appeared in The Washington Times, FrontPageMag, OneNewsNow and WorldNetDaily.

Victory Christian Fellowship, a nondenominational, family church, is at 112 W Main St., North Manchester.

Warsaw First Brethren Church is having its annual holiday bazaar from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

Revival Continues At Healing House

Healing House Church of God is having revival services this week.

Meetings are at 7 p.m. today through Sunday and 11 a.m. Sunday. A dinner will follow the morning service.

Holiday Dinner Will Aid Mission Projects

CLAYPOOL — Claypool United Methodist Church will have its annual holiday dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday.

Cost for the dinner will be $8 for adults, $4 for youth ages 7 to 12, and free for children age 6 and younger. Carry-outs will be available.

Those who bring a canned good will receive 50 cents off the cost of their meal.

Proceeds will benefit the church's many mission projects. The church is at 302 E. Section St., Claypool.
