 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail.

• 10:28 a.m. Tuesday – Parker Allen Nelson, 22, of 307 Eisenhower Parkway, Warsaw, arrested for indecent exposure. Bond: $450.

• 1:03 p.m. Tuesday – Braxton Lee Myers, 23, of 111 N. Huntington St., #B, Syracuse, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $183.50

• 11:16 p.m. Tuesday – Sloan John White, 34, of 2603 West Side Drive, Warsaw, arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon. Bond: $10,250.

• 11:25 p.m. Tuesday – Ross Richard Harvey, 22, of 1022 N. Branch St., Syracuse, arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. Bond: $600.

• 5:57 a.m. Tuesday – Jonathon Daniel Mendez, 20, of 1892 E. CR 200N, #179, Warsaw, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $500.

• 7:41 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East Center Street and Robmar Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collison. Drivers: Kyle Owens, 23, Mason Mich.; Hurtado Gonzalez, 21, Oak Brook Place, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:33 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Liberty Drive and East Legacy Lane, Winona Lake.  Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: James Manwaring, 76, South Meadow Lane, Warsaw; Claude Chrisman, 82, Rutland Court, Winona Lake. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 9:48 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CRs 100E and 300N, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Debra Collier, 59, of EMS T7B Lane. Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

• 3:32 p.m. Monday – Police responded to a person making suicide threats in the 1500 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:35 p.m. Monday – A person reported a theft in the 600 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:53 p.m. Monday – Police investigated a deceased male in the 10200 block of CR 100E, Claypool. KCSD.

• 8:34 p.m. Monday – Police responded to an attempted burglary in the 8600 block of CR 600W, Claypool. KCSD.

• 11:32 p.m. Monday – Police responded to a domestic dispute in the 200 block of East High Street, Atwood. KCSD.

• 1:11 a.m. Tuesday – A person reported a theft from a motor vehicle. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 3:11 a. m. Tuesday – A theft was reported in the 300 block of West Crystal Flash Road, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated. 

• 4:15 p.m. Tuesday – A person reported a broken window at Zimmer building No. 4 in the 1700 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. WPD. 

• 6:37 p.m. Tuesday – A Wal-Mart employee reported a theft of clothes and power tools from the store in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
