    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Mike & Karen Grady Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Agricultural to an Agricultural 2 District, The Following Real Estate, located on the South side of Syracuse-Webster Rd. and 1200’ West of 700 E, Key Number 007-129-001 in Turkey Creek Township.

    And Described As Follows, To Wit:

    Part of the West half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to wit:

    Commencing at an iron pin found at the Southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence S89°-46'-11"W, on and along the South line of said Northeast Quarter, a distance of 1319.1 feet to an iron pin at the Southeast, corner of the West half of said Northeast Quarter, said iron pin being at the true point of beginning; thence continuing S89°-46'-11"W, on and along said South line, a distance of 495.33 feet to an iron pin, said iron pin being situated N890-46'-11"E, a distance of 823.77 feet from a rail iron post found at the Southwest corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence N00º-17'-08"E, and parallel to the East line of said West half, a distance of 815.09 feet to a P.K. nail on the centerline of the Syracuse-Webster Road thence S70º-23'-05" E, on and along said centerline, a distance of 194.84 feet to a P.K. nail; thence S680-27'-53"E, on and along said centerline, a distance of 169.93 feet to a P.K. nail; thence S59º-01'-50" E, on and along said centerline, a distance of 178.0 feet to a P.K. nail at the point of intersection with the East line of said West half; thence S00º-17'-08"W, on and along said East line, a distance of 593.71 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 8.158 acres of land, more or less, subject to legal right-of-way for Syracuse-Webster Road, subject to all legal drain easements and all other easements of record.

    This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of

    This Hearing Will Be Held in the Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw In On Wednesday, June 7, 2017 At 1:00 P.M.

    All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard.  Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
