    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by George Buckingham Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Agricultural to an Residential District, The Following Real Estate, located on the South side of Forest Glen Rd. and 176’ West of Teeple Ave, Key Number 0029-048-105 in Plain Township.

    And Described As Follows, To Wit:

    A tract of land located in the State of Indiana, County of Kosciusko County, Township of Plain, being a portion of section 12, township 33 north, range 6 east, bounded on the north be Forrest Glen Road (Pearl Street) and more fully described as follows, to wit:

    Commencing at the south quarter post of said section 12, township 33 north, range 6 east, being an iron pipe located on the centerline of the Cripplegate Road, thence north 1 degree 45 minutes west, along the centerline of Cripplegate Road 1035.0 feet to an iron pipe located at the intersection of the centerlines of Cripplegate Road and Stanton Lake Road, thence north 85 degrees 30 minutes east, along the centerline of said Stanton Lake Road 371.00 feet to a point, thence north 79 degrees 15 minutes east, along the  centerline of said Stanton Lake Road, 851.0 feet to a PK nail; thence north 71 degrees 25 minutes east, along the centerline of Stanton Lake Road 57.85 feet to an iron post, thence north 15 degrees 22 minutes west, along the east property line of George Paton's tract, 723.77 feet to a iron rebar capped (Doriot) at the Point of Beginning of this description, thence north 79 degrees 35 minutes 36 seconds east, a distance of 140.26 feet, thence north 53 degrees 59 minutes 43 seconds east, a distance of 75.00 feet; thence north 22 degrees 23 minutes 39 seconds east, a distance of 115.65 feet to an iron rebar capped (Doriot); thence south 53 degrees 59 minutes 43 seconds west, a distance of 150.00 feet ton an iron bar capped (Doriot); thence continuing south 53 degrees 59 minutes 43 seconds west, a distance of 150.00 feet to the point of beginning; said above described tract contains 0.31 acres more or less.

    Subject to all easements, restrictions, public highways and right of ways of record.

    This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of

Residential Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance

    This Hearing Will Be Held in the Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw In On Wednesday, June 7, 2017 At 1:00 P.M.

    All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard.  Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
