A man contacted police regarding Phillip Butler, 71, of 703 W. CR 1250N, sneaking onto his property.
When the man confronted Butler, Butler said he had a problem and would not do it again.
The man told Butler not to come back on the property.
The man set up a motion sensor camera and reportedly captured Butler leading a pony into a barn.
Butler was arrested Monday afternoon and is being held in the Kosciusko County Jail on a $5,250 bond.
