• 10:42 a.m. Tuesday – John Allen Slabaugh, 47, Bremen, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
• 11:19 a.m. Tuesday – Ryan Charles Dewitt, 36, of 9053 N. Old 15, Milford, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $7,500.
• 1:39 p.m. Tuesday – David Levon Nifong, 55, Plymouth, arrested for failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $600.

Injuries: Lord was taken to a hospital with pain to her chest; Wallen was taken to a hospital with pain to her head. Damage: $5,000 to 10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
