• 4:35 p.m. Friday – Jeremy Maibe, 36, of 223 W. Jefferson St, #10, Warsaw arrested for failure to appear. Bond $600.

• 8:44 p.m. Friday – Sierra Lanae Ross, 18, of 3762  Old 30, #642, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.

• 11:43 p.m. Friday – Ricky?Wayne Richardson, 37, Hartford, Ky., arrested for two counts of check deception, three counts of failure to appear, and driving while suspended. Bond: $22,160.

• 1 a.m. Saturday – Aaron Douglass Pearson, 34, of 2436 S. Lake Sharon Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while  intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 1:15 a.m. Saturday – Nathan Richard Yoder, 29, of 340 E. Levi Lee,?Road, #123, Warsaw  arrested for driving while suspended and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700. 

• 1:11 p.m. Saturday – James Anthony Brewer, 40, of 111#B S. Wood St., Warsaw., arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $600. 

• 3:44 a.m. Saturday – Katie Suzanne McCarthy, 23, of 8675 E. CR 150N, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while  intoxicated. Bond: $700

• 4:26 a.m. Saturday – Brain Jordon Yoder, 21, of 9126 N.?CR 1100W, Bourbon, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 6:08 p.m. Saturday – Ricky?Allen Littlejohn, 50, of 163 #A N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended and refusal to submit to chemical test.  Bond: $450. 

• 7:41 p.m. Saturday – Diana Ramirez, 18, of 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested  for driving without l a icense. Bond: $500.

• 9:37 p.m. Saturday – Ruby Ann Staab. 37, of 6027 S. CR 550E, Pierceton, arrested for driving while classified as habitual traffic violator and possession of meth.  Bond: $5,250.

• 11:12 p.m. Saturday – Cedric Coffie, 48, of 134 Rattington?Circle, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $600.

•11:56 p.m. Saturday – Jose Aday Macias, 32, Ligonier, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 12:13 a.m. Sunday  – Victor Gaspar Soberanis, 31, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #88, Warsaw,  arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:56 a.m. Sunday – Glen Dale Hochsteler, 26, of 824 Sixth Road, Bourbon, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and resisting law enforcement using a vehicle. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:35 a.m. Sunday – Timothy?Allen Amburgey, 25, New Mexico, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $186.50.

• 8:41 a.m. Sunday – Marcos Jimenez, 22, of 510 E. Rochester St., Akron, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 9:56 a.m. Sunday – Edward Christopher Bishop, 25, Lafayette, arrested for attempted murder, criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, possession of marijuana with intent to deal, two counts of possession of narcotic, and counterfeiting. No bond set. 

• 11:25 p.m. Sunday – Ashley Kellene Knafel, 46, of 12934 N. 300E,?Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700. 

* 8;07 p.m. Sunday – Mary Margaret Prater, 24, of 1202 Wooster Road, #7, Winona Lake, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 1:06 a.m. today – Kailey Morgan Schue, 24, of 519 #B  W. Winona Ave.  Warsaw, arrested for two counts of failure to appear, one count forgery, and one count possession of marijuana. Bond: $7,850.







Property?Damage Accident

• 1:05 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of East?Winona Avenue and North Bay Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: David Haney, 28, Mineral Springs ?Avenue, Winona Lake; Harley Bentley, 21, Burkhart Drive, Warsaw.?Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 12:43 p.m.?Saturday – A person reported a criminal trespass in the 500 block of Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:47 Saturday – A person reported a theft of power tools in the 5000 block of East Armstrong Road, Leesburg. Kosciusko? County Sheriff’s  Department investigated. 

• 8:03 a.m. Sunday – A person reported a theft of a cellphone in the 1700 block of West Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.

Sheriff Addressed Issues In The Jail Since Taking Office
Once taking office I knew how important it was going to be to have the right leadership in every division of the office, and the jail was certainly no exception. Upon taking office, I appointed Lt. Kevin Gelbaugh as the jail commander and Chad Marsh as the assistant jail commander, and to say I am proud of all their work and accomplishments would be an understatement.
