Family and friends of Thelma Harris, Milford, will help her celebrate her 99th birthday today.

Thelma was born May 12, 1918, in West Virginia. She lived in Syracuse before moving to Milford.

She is an avid TV watcher and loves trivia. She misses the love of her life, a black miniature poodle, Rosie.

The celebration for Thelma will be at Lakeland Rehabilitation and Health-care Center, Milford.
