 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail.

• 6:37 a.m. Tuesday – Austin Lee Perkins, 32, of 7094 S. CR 100E, Claypool,  arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700. 

• 8 a.m. Tuesday –  Anthony James Geib, 32, of 720 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond $450.

• 11:30 a.m. Tuesday – Robert Bradley Wade, 26, Huntington, arrested for driving while suspended. No bond set.

• 1:44 p.m. Tuesday – Angela Kayle Tjerngel, 36, of 2762 Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $3,000. 

• 2:53 p.m. Tuesday – Jason Keith Sheridan, 43, Greencastle, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $283.50

• 5:47 p.m. Tuesday – Michael Rollins, 42, of 8280 E. US 30, #4, Pierceton, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 7:47 p.m. Tuesday – Rebecca Ranshell Hendrix, 27, of 7979 N. CR 600N, Etna Green, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

Drivers: Darcey Davis–Vilamaa, 39,  Shagbark Drive, Warsaw; Lloyd Graber, 67, CR 100W, South Whitley. Injury: Marsha Graber, 66, CR 100W, South Whitley, a passenger in Graber’s vehicle, complained of pain to her neck. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:30 p.m. Monday – Intersection of East Armstrong Road and EMS T25 Lane, Leesburg. Man fell off motorcycle. Driver: Stephen Ledgerwood, 27, CR 600N, Leesburg. Injury: Ledgerwood complained of leg pain but refused medical treatment. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. 

• 3:44 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of North Detroit and Main streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Andrea Rangel, 36, Rattington Circle, Warsaw; Christina Stetzel, 39, South Washington Street, Warsaw. Injury: Rangel complained of pain to her chest. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
