 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail.
• 9:08 p.m Friday – Ryan Eric Douglas, 30, of 422 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600. 
• 11:19 p.m. Friday – Zacaria Christopher Sage, 28, of 1041 Park Ave., #F, Warsaw, arrested for auto theft, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. No bond set. 
• 11:34 p.m. Friday – Melissa Lynn Wilson, 37, of 782 S. Bunting Lane, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $720. 
• 12:15 a.m. Saturday – Kristina Marie Cox, 24, of 1020 S. Phillips St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance. Bond: $600. 
• 2:51 a.m. Saturday –  Christopher Aaron Phillips, 22, of 7483 E. CR 750S, #11, South?Whitley, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:37 a.m. Saturday – Nicolas Chase Whitmyer, 19, of 2973 W. CR 600S, Claypool, arrested for possession of marijuana and illegal consumption of alcohol with a minor. Bond: $600.
• 10:56 a.m. Saturday – Richard Hagan, 30, of 15 EMS B14 Lane, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, possession of meth and possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $5,250. 
• 10:58 a.m. Saturday – Austin Christopher Stump, 22, of 2928 Longspur Lane, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set. 
• 11:49 p.m. Saturday – Douglas Wayne Ritchie, 21, Macy, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 11: 49 a.m. Saturday – Princella Shanne Thornton, 26, South Bend, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $183.50.
• 4:50 p.m. Saturday – Christopher Ray Hall, 33, of 22 Ren Road, North Manchester, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set. 
• 12:46 p.m. Sunday – Jose Yanez Umanzor, 51, of 319 S. Main St., North Webster, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $400.
• 2:17 a.m. Sunday – Natasha Cummins, 24, Goshen, arrested for operating a motor vehicle  while intoxicated. Bond: $700. 
• 5:22 p.m. Sunday – Nathaniel James Hollett, 30, of 752 E. CR 300N, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery on a victim under 14. Bond: $16,000.
• 9:27 p.m. Sunday – Jacob David Anderson, 25, of 711 E. Main St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear, burglary and theft. Bond: $10,250.

• 12:17 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and North Parker Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Darcey Davis–Vilamaa, 39,  Shagbark Drive, Warsaw; Lloyd Graber, 67, CR 100W, South Whitley. Injury: Marsha Graber, 66, CR 100W, South Whitley, a passenger in Graber’s vehicle, complained of pain to her neck. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000.?Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Sheriff Addressed Issues In The Jail Since Taking Office
Once taking office I knew how important it was going to be to have the right leadership in every division of the office, and the jail was certainly no exception. Upon taking office, I appointed Lt. Kevin Gelbaugh as the jail commander and Chad Marsh as the assistant jail commander, and to say I am proud of all their work and accomplishments would be an understatement.
