• 11:19 p.m. Friday – Zacaria Christopher Sage, 28, of 1041 Park Ave., #F, Warsaw, arrested for auto theft, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. No bond set.
• 11:34 p.m. Friday – Melissa Lynn Wilson, 37, of 782 S. Bunting Lane, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $720.
• 12:15 a.m. Saturday – Kristina Marie Cox, 24, of 1020 S. Phillips St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance. Bond: $600.

Drivers: Darcey Davis–Vilamaa, 39, Shagbark Drive, Warsaw; Lloyd Graber, 67, CR 100W, South Whitley. Injury: Marsha Graber, 66, CR 100W, South Whitley, a passenger in Graber’s vehicle, complained of pain to her neck. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000.?Warsaw Police Department investigated.
