Speaker, Congress Fail

They have had how many years now to compose a replacement for what most of the population of the United States kept screaming – Obamacare is bad and must be repealed and replaced?
We, most of the American people, managed to get the numbers in Congress and the Senate, going the conservative way the last several years.
Governors and and state legislators have increased in the GOP fold.
And finally President Donald Trump was elected to promote all of the changes that are so necessary to have the USA on an even keel.
Then what happens when the president accomplished more in his short time in office than Obama did in his eight years and wanted to have Congress pass some tax reform (I understand) before tackling the Health Insurance legislation? Speaker Ryan wanted to get the revised package of that passed, the better to keep the campaign promises, I guess.
It's all about timing and the speaker just couldn't manage to get the votes and now the president has to suffer the bad press.
Personally, from what I have gleaned here and there I don't blame the legislators for not passing it!
Surely they can do better!
Here's my time table for them:
1. Get that wonderful Judge Gorsuch confirmed immediately for the Supreme Court.
2. Decide a time table for when to repeal Obamacare.
3. Have Dr. Tom Price and his hand-picked team get a plan together that will really work for the American people the moment Obamacare is repealed.
4. And whoever is not confirmed that needs to be get on with that so as to have a working government.
5. One more thing as 'tis said, forget all of the confounded
"investigations" that seem to lead nowhere except a waste of tax dollars and the time of our representatives.
