Health Care Is Not A Right

Democrats rejoiced when the health care replacement plan was pulled in Congress. Many Democrats say health care is a right. They're wrong. Rights are free. Obamacare is not free. Illegal aliens receive free health care in ERs and federal prisoners also receive free health care.
One thing that is a right that liberals oppose is the right to bear arms. Many say only the militia has the right to own guns. But when the Second Amendment was introduced in the Bill of Rights, individuals that were citizen soldiers were a part of the militias. If individuals didn't have guns, they couldn't join a militia. You have the right to have a gun in your nightstand to defend your home from intruders.
Chicago has some of the strictest gun laws in the nation. Yet hundreds are killed annually by guns being wielded by criminals. If liberals actually cared about innocent victims in gang-controlled neighborhoods, why do they oppose the president's desire to send in troops to disarm criminals in Chicago?  Maybe he cares more about black lives than Black Lives Matter does. It seems that liberals are the racists and not Trump.
Liberals often say we have the right to housing, food, equal education, a living wage and equal opportunities. Liberals might as well say we have the right to have all our wishes granted. Most things people want come at a cost. If liberals cared about homelessness, why don't they give people homes?  Not every person is suited for college. Yet liberals stand in the way of underprivileged students receiving better education in better schools.     Maybe they fear minority students will do better than their kids if they went to their schools.     Ted Kennedy didn't send his kids to public schools. So why was he considered a champion for public education? Would you think someone loved music if they never listened to music? Also, if a liberal said he believed in equal opportunities for people, why don't they go to clinics in poor neighborhoods for medical care?
I do not have the right to tell people what they should do as if I were their father. Yet liberals think they have that right. I do have the right to tell someone they are wrong when they are wrong. You have the right to insult me. I'm not a snowflake.     I won't melt.  I also can take a joke. Liberals at times don't seem able to take jokes. They can only vote for them.
When good intentions confront reality, reality wins. I wish liberals understood this. Things would go a lot smoother and easier if that were the case.

Understanding Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs) And Using Them
Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) are for people over the age of 70.5 years old. Unlike other distributions, which are taxed at ordinary income tax rates, Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs) allow for a tax-free distribution from an IRA, provided that the distribution goes directly to a qualified charity.
