On March 24, in the Year of Our Lord 2017, our mom, Dorothy Priser, at the age of 89, having received new orders from her faithful Savior, departed this earthly realm and joined herself to that waiting heavenly host of friends and family.
She was born Oct. 18, 1927, in Richmond, to William and Helen Baker Katte and graduated from Richmond High School.
She married Joseph C. Priser on March 7, 1943, in Brownwood, Texas.
She spent most of her life in Warsaw. She was a teller at Lake City Bank for 30 years and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw.
Survivors include a daughter, Bonnie (Tom) Webb, Leesburg; two sons, Bruce (Jama) Priser, Lake Odessa, Mich., and Stephen Priser, Mount Vernon, Wash.; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Richard Katte, Warsaw.
She was preceded by her husband, Joe C. Priser, Oct. 1, 1999; and two sisters, Carol Barton and Jane Ann Massie.
A private family service is planned. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. 
Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, is caring for the family.
