Indiana Poet Laureate Will Give Workshop In Kosciusko County

In the workshop, Wagner will guide participants through the process of writing a poem about one of the objects she will bring with her. The workshop will include a collaborative exercise and a discussion of sample poems.
On April 5, Claypool United Methodist Church will host the free event for the public.
The workshop will be from 5 to 6 p.m. at 302 E. Section St., Claypool.
From 7 to 8 p.m., Wagner will read original poetry inspired by her Mennonite family history. A time for questions and a book signing will follow.
