• 9:39 a.m. Monday – Kyle Allen Flock, 31, of 401 S. River Road, North Manchester, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $268.
• 10:49 a.m. Monday – Harold Hymer, 57, of 6285 E. CR 1050N, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1:03 p.m. Monday – Walter Eugene Bunkowske, 53, Fort Wayne, arrested for criminal conversion. No bond set.
