• 2:59 p.m. Friday – Kameron Jeffery Banks, 18, of 725 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for aiding/causing a misdemeanor. Bond: $400.
.• 7:40 p.m. Friday – Floriberto Vega, 19, of 1202 Wooster Road, #71, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle never licensed. Bond: $600.
• 8:47 p.m. Friday – Justin Blythe Allen, 26, Lakeville, Minn., arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon and possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $10,250.
• 9:20 a.m. Saturday – Todd Victor Hersherbger, 39, of 1065 E. Walnut St., Nappanee, arrested for failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $500. 
• 7:55 p.m. Saturday – Frankie Lee Poe, 44, of 1508 Chestnut St., #1, Winona Lake, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $158. 
• 8:40 p.m. Saturday – Emmanuel Robert Long, 25, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #155, Warsaw, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:09 p.m. Sunday – Jacquelynn Marie Miller, 36, of 111 E. High St., Atwood, arrested for battery on a child under 14 years of age. Bond: $5,250. 
• 11:16 p.m. Sunday – James Anthony Brewer, 39, homeless, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.

.•1:33 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of West Winona Avenue and South Columbia Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jon Sesennop, 66, Hartlzer Street, Warsaw; Gavin Hucks, 26, North Street, Akron. Injury: Sesennop was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital with chest pain. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated. 
• 12:02 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of CR 300N and Silveus Crossing, Warsaw. Car drove off road and hit several trees. Driver: Keaton Irwin, 21, CR 300N, Warsaw. Injuries: Robert  Groom, 21, CR 100W, Mentone, passenger in Irwin’s car, was taken to KCH for minor bleeding. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. WPD.

• 3:10 p.m. Saturday – Intersection  of East Winona Avenue and South Indiana Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Shawn Stineback, 34, North Center Street, North Webster; Kyle Schanilaub, 36, Rochester. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
• 1:34 a.m. Sunday – Near EMS T16 Lane, North Webster. Car drove into a small lake channel. Driver: Wesley Lantz, 39, East Sheridan Street, #B, Warsaw. Damage: $25,000 to $50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. 
• 7:12 p.m. Sunday – 2211 Center St., Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Isorio Flores, 59, Cook Street, Warsaw; Shanker Krishnan, 26, Lakeland Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $750 to $1,000. WPD.
• 8:16 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of Ind. 14 and CR 400E, Silver Lake. Car hit guardrail. Driver: Mark Bergman, 24, CR 400E, Claypool. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.

• 7:23 p.m. Saturday – An employee of Tractor Supply Company reported shoplifting in the 1200 block of U.S. 30, Warsaw. KCSD.
• 11:30 p.m. Saturday – A resident reported disorderly conduct in the 300 block of South Main Street, Leesburg. KCSD.
• 10:39 a.m. Sunday – A resident reported criminal mischief in the 9200 block of East Koher Road, Syracuse. KCSD.
• 9:14 p.m. Sunday – A resident reported being stabbed in a dark alley with minor injuries in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. WPD. 
• 11:29 p.m. Sunday – A Marathon employee reported theft of gasoline in the 2100 block of Ind. 13,?Pierceton. KCSD.
• 11:50 p.m. Sunday – A resident reported disorderly conduct in the 800 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

Sheriff Addressed Issues In The Jail Since Taking Office
Once taking office I knew how important it was going to be to have the right leadership in every division of the office, and the jail was certainly no exception. Upon taking office, I appointed Lt. Kevin Gelbaugh as the jail commander and Chad Marsh as the assistant jail commander, and to say I am proud of all their work and accomplishments would be an understatement.
