 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail. 
• 9:44 a.m. Thursday – Stephanie Mikel, 26, of 2854 S. Country Club Drive, Warsaw, arrested for neglect of a dependent. Bond: $10,250.
• 11:17 a.m. Thursday – Travis Ray Osbun, 38, of 11652 N. Humpty Dumpty Drive, Cromwell, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $600.
• 2:01 p.m. Thursday – Michael Alan Kuta, 42, of 3792 E. Old 30, #598, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $676.75
• 6:46 p.m. Thursday – Kerry Edward  Fribley, 32, of 301 E. Himes St., North Webster, arrested for theft with a prior and two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $13,250.
• 7:40 p.m. Thursday – Ryan Charles Dewitt, 36, of 9053 N. Ind. 15, Milford, arrested for theft with a prior and driving while classified a habitual traffic  offender. Bond:  $10,500.
• 8:09 p.m. Thursday – Steven Ray Bean, 40, of 128 Rattington Circle, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $7,750.
• 9:16 p.m. Thursday – Brady Lee Rose, 22, of 6111 N. Shore Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $283.
• 11:03 p.m. Thursday – Joseph Michael Hardwick, 25, of 9595 Miami Lane, Cromwell, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $3,000. 
• 1:02 a.m. today – Jerry Wayne Jilton, 27, of 509 Prairie Drive, Syracuse, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $500.
• 1:02 a.m. today – Anthony Jason Sheneman, 25, of 7166 E. CR 650S, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $283.

Personal Injury Accident
• 4:31 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of North Detroit and Jaylynn streets, Warsaw. Four-vehicle collision. Drivers: Edna Hochstetler, 69, Shipshewanna; Shawn Ruegner, 37, Glad Street, Warsaw; John Moneyheffer, 69, CR 700N, Leesburg; Antonio Aguirre, 46, Union Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Hochstetler was taken to Parkview with injuries to her chest; Ruegner complained of pain to his shoulder and upper arm and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department Investigated.

Accidents
• 9:27 a.m. Thursday – 2501 Walton Blvd,  Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Joann Beachy, 67, CR 400N, Etna Green; Frank Desanto, 71, Evergreen Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 1:30 p.m. Thursday – Intersections of CRs 200W and 1000S, Silver Lake. Car struck a post. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. 
• 8:53 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 13 and CR 200N, North Webster. Car hit deer. Driver: Shannon Hovenden, 22, CR 100S, Claypool. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500 KCSD. 
 
Incidents 
• 1:44 a.m. Monday – Police investigated a report of heroin after a traffic stop in the 300 block of Kincaid Street, Warsaw. WPD. 
• 3:14 p.m. Tuesday – Police responded to a report of battery on an endangered adult in the 3100 block of Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:37 a.m. Tuesday – A resident reported a fraud in the 100 block of Yvonne Street, Leesburg. KCSD. 
• 9:01 p.m. Tuesday – A resident reported theft of a firearm in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:54 a.m. Wednesday – A resident reported theft of medication from a vehicle in the 1200 block of Provident Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:49 a.m. Wednesday – A resident reported a fraud in the 100 blockiof EMS C28 Lane, Warsaw. KCSD.
• 8:23 p.m. Thursday – A resident reported damage to property in the 600 block of Main Street, North?Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated. 
• 4:50 p.m. Thursday – A resident reported threats in the 500 block of North Bay?Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:56 p.m. Thursday – A resident reported a runaway in the  300 block of South Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD. 
• 9:11 p.m.  Thursday – A?resident reported ID theft in the 2700 block of Steven Drive, Warsaw. KCSD.
• 1:32 a.m today – A resident reported damage to a car window in the 1400 block of Center Street, Warsaw WPD.
