• 1:45 a.m. Tuesday – Jeffery Devon Konkle, 44, of 1108 Fisher Ave., Warsaw, arrested for possession of a narcotic and possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $10,250.
• 9:44 a.m. Tuesday – Shannon Marie Howell, 39, of 920 Anchorage Road, #74, Warsaw, arrested for compulsory school attendance violation. Bond $200.
• 6:22 p.m. Tuesday – Bryan Oneil Harris, 36, Howe, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $600.
• 7:55 p.m. Tuesday – Preston Michael Gibson, 28, of 303 E. John St., Syracuse, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $500.
• 9:11 a.m. Wednesday – Jermain Lee Dawson, 31, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 12:53 p.m. Wednesday – Jeremy Lee Dawson, 31, North Colfax Street, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 1:19 p.m. Wednesday – Charles Douglas Zollinger, 28, of 101 N. Main St., Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.
• 2:53 p.m. Wednesday – Shandel Marie Hill, 32, of 101 N. Main St., Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.
• 10:22 p.m. Wednesday – Jennifer Lee Yates, 29, of 111 EMS W30 Lane, North Webster, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

Injury: Timothy Robbins, 15, Wexford Place, Warsaw, a passenger in the Warsaw Community Schools Corporation bus driven by Grubbs, complained of a dislocated shoulder. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 6:38 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CRs 900N and 200E, Milford. Car ran off road. Driver: Thomas Keough, 23, CR 225S, Winona Lake. Injury: Keough was treated for minor bleeding to his head. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

Sheriff Addressed Issues In The Jail Since Taking Office
Once taking office I knew how important it was going to be to have the right leadership in every division of the office, and the jail was certainly no exception. Upon taking office, I appointed Lt. Kevin Gelbaugh as the jail commander and Chad Marsh as the assistant jail commander, and to say I am proud of all their work and accomplishments would be an understatement.
