COLUMBIA CITY — A traditional Irish dinner is planned from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday at Etna United Methodist Church.
The meal will feature corned beef and cabbage, Irish stew, Irish soda bread, Irish casserole, apple cake, Irish breakfast tea and other items.
A freewill offering will be taken.
The church is at 4255 W. 75N, Columbia City.
Rummage, Bake Sale Set March 24-25
A rummage and bake sale is planned next week at Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 210 S. High St., Warsaw.
The sale will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 24 and from 8 to 11 a.m. March 25.
Visitors are asked to enter by the alley door by the gym.
Friend Day Is March 26 In Silver Lake
SILVER LAKE — Silver Lake Wesleyan Church announces Friend Day at 10:30 a.m. March 26.
Special guests Steve and Lori will lead the congregation in worship with traditional hymns and contemporary gospel songs. The tenor and soprano duo are from Marion and Fairmount.
Pastor Duane Seitz will share a message titled, “Friends.” Following the worship service, all are invited to a potluck dinner with chicken and ham.
The church is at 106 W. Walnut St., Silver Lake.
All-You-Can-Eat Breakfast?Planned Saturday
God's Highway To Heaven, 555 W. Webber St., Warsaw, will have an all-you-can-eat breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m. Saturday.
The menu will include sausage gravy, bologna gravy, biscuits, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, apples, orange juice and coffee.
Adults 10 and older are $6, children 3 to 9 are $3, and those 2 and younger are free.
Community Meal Tuesday At Sacred Heart
A community meal will be offered in the Sacred Heart Church gym from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday.
This month’s meal will feature chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, French bread, corn, fresh fruit and a variety of desserts. There is no charge for the meal, and everyone is welcome.
The dinner is provided and served by Sacred Heart school and Sacred Heart parishioners.

SILVER LAKE — Gospel Hill Pentecostal Church of God is having a spaghetti dinner and silent auction fundraiser from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday.
The meal will include spaghetti, salad and dessert. Cost is $7.50 for adults, $3.50 for ages 4-12, and free for 3 and younger
The auction, which will end at 7 p.m., will feature items from area vendors, including:
• A dumpster courtesy of Stafford Solid Waste.
• A load of stone courtesy of K & S Trucking.
• Hay courtesy of Whitaker's Custom Hay.
• Mad Ants tickets.
• A picnic table and trash cans courtesy of Wabash Valley Mfg.
• Wagon Wheel tickets.
You do not need to be present to win.
The church is at 303 S. Jefferson St., Silver Lake.

PIERCETON — A free community dinner will be offered today at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church hall.
Several churches in Pierceton combine to offer the meal as a way to bring people together to eat, share stories and meet their neighbors.
The menu for this month’s meal is sloppy joes, baked beans, chips, drink and dessert. The meal will be from 5 to 7 p.m.
Benefit Bake Sale Is Saturday At Kmart
A benefit bake sale is planned from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Kmart in Warsaw.
The Healing House Ladies Ministry is having the benefit.
Healing House Planning Pizza Hut Benefit
A benefit fundraiser is being planned by Healing House Ladies Ministry from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday.
The benefit will be at the Lakes Village Pizza Hut in Warsaw.
Southwest Haystack Meal Will Aid Campers
MILFORD — A southwest haystack dinner with dessert is planned from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Friday at Milford First Brethren Church.
A freewill offering will be accepted for the meal. Proceeds will be used to help send Milford-area kids to summer camp at Brethren Retreat at Shipshewana Lake.
The church is at the corner of Catherine and Henry streets in Milford.
The Hinsons Will Be In Concert Saturday
ARGOS — The Hinsons will perform at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ.
A freewill offering will be collected.
The church is at 15676 Michigan Road, Argos.
