Alice was born in 1927 to Thelma and Victor Anglin in Etna Green. She lived her entire life in Indiana except 10 years in San Diego, Calif.
Alice has been a member of Etna Green United Methodist Church for 78 years, and has served in a number of offices locally and at the conference level.
She served as Kosciusko County recorder from 1991 through 1998.
