• 2:22 p.m. Wednesday –  Bernie Joe Montileaux, 37, of 211 N. Tucker St., Mentone, arrested for robbery with a deadly weapon. No bond set.
• 9:38 p.m. Wednesday – Austin Gene Ousley, 18, Rochester, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 9:42 p.m. Wednesday – Lauren Taylor Brofford, 21, of 3942 S. Ind. 13, Akron, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 4:30 a.m. Wednesday – William Linley McNess, 47, of 497 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $320.

• 5:35 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of East Market and South High streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Sheryl Hendrickson, 59, Maye Street, Warsaw; Mark Smith, 41, Legacy Lane, Winona Lake. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 4:08 a.m. today – Intersection of Old 30 and North CR 350W, Warsaw. Car hit building. Driver:?David Blake, 50, CR 250S, Warsaw. $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

• 3:44 Wednesday – A resident reported criminal mischief in the 2700 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
