He was born Oct. 13, 1936, in Circle, Mont. He was preceded by his father, Artley D. Cullum; mother, Ruth C. Cullum; and sister, Joan Lynn Harmen.
He was the beloved husband of 47 years to Martha Helm Cullum; loving father of Aurelia Cullum; and jovial grandfather of Tahleah Shanti, Ana Jemsa, Elleora Greer, Alethea Willow, Zephen Etienne and Masada Joscelynde. He is also survived by his brother-in law, Thomas and Vicky Harmen and family; sister-in law, Joyce and Jack Miller and family; and sister-in law, Nancy and the Rev. Roger Yoder and family. He was also blessed to have many cousins all over the United States.
He graduated in 1954 from Mentone High School. He then graduated in 1958 from Manchester College, followed by receiving his master’s degree in directing from Boston University in 1960. He traveled and sang all over the United States and Europe, lived in Germany for three months, and loved singing and performing. He then devoted his life to the ministry, faithfully serving as a pastor at Parker City Christ Fellowship from 1974 until he retired in 2001. He also committed three years of his life writing Loran Helm's book "A Voice In The Wilderness."
His message and desire for each person to know that they were seen and loved by God for exactly who they are, will live on in the hearts of many people for years to come.
