• 3:29 a.m. Wednesday – Christopher Raymond Sheets, 22, of 208 N. Maple Ave., Warsaw, arrested for sexual misconduct with  a minor. Bond: $15,250.
• 8:33 a.m. Wednesday ­– Ryan Ray Jarrell, 29, of 6260 E. CR 250S, Pierceton, arrested for probation violation. No bond set. 
• 11:09 a.m. Wednesday – Kayla Marie Trammel, 29, of 4946 N. CR 250E, Warsaw, arrested for obstruction of justice. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:57 p.m. Wednesday Joshua Bruce Obacz, 38, of 12389 N. Kings Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $483.50
• 4:59 p.m. Wednesday – Kaleb Brandon Green, 21, of 306 W. Prairie St., Leesburg, arrested for failure to appear and fraud. Bond: $5,686.
• 4:59 p.m. Wednesday – Patricia Lyn?Sweet, 25, of 4117 N. CR 300W, Warsaw, arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,250.
• 5:44 p.m. Wednesday – Taylor Aaron Julian, 26, of 2307 W. CR 800S, Claypool, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 7:37 p.m. Wednesday – John David Bakehorn, 48, of 1682 S. Hawthorne Court, Winona Lake, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $5,000. 
• 9:27 p.m. Wednesday – Megan Catherine Thatcher, 19, of 363 S. CR 900W, #92, (Whitley County), Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $700.
• 11:18 p.m. Wednesday – Lisa Claudette Weber, 58, of 11489 N. Executive Blvd., Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $700.
• 5:06 a.m. today – Kaleb Shane Perry, 19, of 503 Panorama Drive, North Webster, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.

• 5:43 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of CR 300N and Silveus Crossing,?Warsaw. Car hit fallen tree in the roadway. Driver: Beth Warren, 64, CR 175E, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
• 6:51 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of East Center and North McKinley streets, Warsaw. Four-vehicle collision. Drivers: Alford Howard, 56, Old Colony Road, Warsaw; Kari Stockton, 31, Merkle Street, North Manchester; Randy Hartman, 60, Dellview Drive, Warsaw; Erick Morales, 43, Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. Sheriff Addressed Issues In The Jail Since Taking Office
Once taking office I knew how important it was going to be to have the right leadership in every division of the office, and the jail was certainly no exception. Upon taking office, I appointed Lt. Kevin Gelbaugh as the jail commander and Chad Marsh as the assistant jail commander, and to say I am proud of all their work and accomplishments would be an understatement.
