 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 11:24 a.m. Monday – Michael Antoine Mott, 46, Elkhart, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $461.10.

• 11:50 a.m. Monday – Brian Lee Lett, 33, Rochester, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

• 12:19 a.m. Monday – Alexis Erin Davies, 33, of 413 N. Parkway Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $214.

• 2:39 p.m. Monday – Cameron Don Beliles, 22, of 920 Anchorage Road, #52, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $6,000.

• 3:51 p.m. Monday – Christen Elizabeth Couture, 30, of 212 W. Section St., Milford, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 3:58 p.m. Monday – Akashia Rae Garber, 24, of 2886 S. Woodland Trail, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 4:58 p.m. Monday – Jonathon Elias Crace, 24, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, #49, Piercerton, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $500.

• 9:26 p.m. Monday – David Castillejo, 35, of 2441 CR 250, #145, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of driving while suspended. Bond: $635.57.

• 11:25 p.m. Monday – Rodney Lee Castle, 46, of 7708 W. Swick Road, Claypool, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $400.

• 4:50 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Anchorage Road and Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Dori Knight, 17, Nineveh; Leah Boardley, 44, North Webster. Injury: Boardley complained of pain to her arm. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
