• 1:33 p.m. Thursday – Tracy Marie Boone, 31, of 347 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $500.

• 4:09 p.m. Thursday – Elaine Fay Smith, 35, of 322 N. CR 900E, Pierceton, arrested on two counts for failure to appear and one count of failure to pay. Bond: $834.

• 4:37 p..m. Thursday – Grisel Ahuatl Cacahua, 22, of 1882 E. CR 200N, #205, Warsaw, arrested for no valid license. Bond: $500.

• 1:43 a.m. today – Whitney Leighann Schwab, 27, of 406 Turkey Creek Road Drive, Milford, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.

• 7:22 a.m. Friday – Francisco Javier Ramirez, 18, of 3375 W. Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol of a minor. Bond: $600.

• 10:39 a.m. Friday – Lauren Mykal Patterson, 23, of 12600 Ind. 13, #20, North Manchester, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 1:30 p.m. Friday – Christine Marie Bennett, 31, Argos, arrested for identity deception. Bond: $22,000.

• 2:31 p.m. Friday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and CR 200W, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Wayne Miller, 78, CR 500N, Warsaw; Jon Watson, 51, Rochester. Injury: Watson complained of pain to his chest. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:52 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of North Lake Street and Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Heena Thakkar, 23, Chamberlin Drive, Warsaw; Curtis Click, 29, CR 225, Winona Lake. Damage: $1,000 to $2,5000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:17 p.m. Thursday – A person reported a fraud in the 1100 block of Lakeshore Drive, Warsaw. WPD. 

• 8:03 p.m. Thursday – A person reported a theft of a cell phone and medication in the 3900 block of Corridor Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:29 p.m. Thursday – A person made suicide threats in the 1100 block of Kuder Lane. Warsaw. WPD.
