He retired from Zimmer Inc. and she works for Creighton Brothers.
The Caudills have three children: Kim (spouse Steve) Kline, Warsaw; Don Jr. (spouse Kim), Akron; and Phillip, Warsaw;
They have six grandchildren: Chelsea, Brooke, Dereck, Nicholas, Phillip Jr. and Jordan.
