The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 8:14 a.m. Friday – Michael Edward Kelley, 18, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with schedule I/schedule II controlled substances. Bond: $700.
• 8:18 a.m. Friday – Caleb Michael Geldner, 37, of 2933 17C Road, Tippecanoe, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $180.
• 9:16 a.m. Friday – Richard Alonzo Howard Jr., 38, of 8118 E. U.S. 30, Pierceton, arrested on a civil warrant and for failure to appear. Bond: $200.
• 10:36 a.m. Friday – Jodean Marie Neher, 48, of 7342 W. CR 1150S, Akron, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $183.50.
• 11:10 a.m. Friday – Madison Chase May, 19, of 1205 W. Main St., North Manchester, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $25,250.
• 12:09 p.m. Friday – Rebecca Sue Phillips, 48, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 12:29 p.m. Friday – Anthony James Geib, 32, of 720 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for resisting and fleeing law enforcement and fraud on a financial institution. Bond: $8,250.
• 3:06 p.m. Friday – Janelle Lynn Hall, 27, of 4330 N. Old 15, #46, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $283.
Incidents
• 10:10 p.m. Thursday – A street fight involving three adults and two minors was reported in the 300 block of West Porter Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 11:01 p.m. Thursday – The theft of a purse, credit/debit cards, cash, an iPhone and other items was reported in the 1700 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:09 a.m. Friday – Police responded to a report of threats/intimidation at a home in the 4100 block of West CR 900S, Silver Lake. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 2:39 a.m. Friday – Officers assisted a citizen at a home in the 200 block of Henry Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 9:37 a.m. Friday – An individual was arrested on a warrant in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
