 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail.

• 12:40 a.m. today – Curtis Brian Collins, 40, of 5898 Woodland Lane, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation, three counts of failure to appear and for a civil warrant. Bond: $8,005.

• 6:37 a.m. today – Kyle Colby Thompson, 30, of 4801 E. CR 1500N, North Manchester, arrested for intimidation of law enforcement, resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct. Bond: $5,250.





Personal Injury Accidents

• 8:31 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of North Columbia and Pike streets, Warsaw. Car hit bicycle. Driver: Sydney Roy, 66, Lake Street, Warsaw. Injury: Riley Wagner, 5, bicyclist, airlifted to Lutheran Hospital,Fort Wayne, with injuries to her face. Damage: $750 to $1,000. Warsaw Police Department  investigated.





Property Damage Accidents

• 9:57 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of North Detroit Street and Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision: Drivers: Susan Faulkner, 25, Ligonier; Aireeal Webb, 23, Brentwood Drive, Akron. Damage:  $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.

• 12:58 p.m. Thursday – 1102 Leiter Drive, Warsaw. Truck hit handrail. Driver: Ramandeep Singh, 26, New York, N.Y.  Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.

•1:08 p,m. Thursday – Intersection of North Buffalo and East Main Streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Gretchen Moore, 62, Nina Lane, Warsaw; Tessan Reimer, 18, Highlander Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

• 3:47 p.m. Thursday – 1305 Mariners Drive, Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle registered to Todd Harman, Plymouth. Driver: Anna Meyo, 33, CR 200N, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD. 

• 4:18 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and West First Street, Milford. Drivers: John Moorhead, 58, CR 1100N, Milford; Corey Richardson, 31, South Bend. Damage: $750 to $1,000. Kosciusko County  Sherriff’s Department investigated. 

•9:01 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of CRs 175N and 175E, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Whitney Crance, 27, Sophie Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $750 to $1,000. KCSD.

• 8:21 a.m. Thursday – A lost  bicycle was turned in to police at Central Park. Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:18 p.m. Thursday – A person reported a theft from vending machines in the 600 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:20 p.m. Thursday – A person reported a break-in in the 600 block of West Jefferson Street, Warsaw. WPD.

•11:10 p.m. Thursday – Police responded to a fight in the 100 block of West Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.

•1:08 a.m. today – A person reported a case of fraud in the 100 block of EMS C31 Lane, Warsaw. KCSD.
