This is to the woman wearing a navy blue sports top, with a white stripe down the sleeve, driving a white car.
On June 4, early Saturday morning, you chose to throw the Dr Pepper pop can out your car window onto the street at the corner of North Main and Columbia streets. I would have gotten your license plate number if you had bothered to stop at the stop sign, but that didn’t happen.
In the future, if you want to get rid of your trash, throw it in the back seat with the rest of the trash in your car. We don’t want it on our streets.
You were certainly old enough to know better.
