Open House Planned For Snyders' 60th Anniversary

Richard and Darlene Snyder are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary this month.

Richard Snyder and the former Darlene Coy were married June 29, 1957, in North Reading Baptist Church, Reading, Mich., by the Rev. Charles Bloomer.

The couple retired to Warsaw after pastoring four churches in Michigan and Iowa.

Their children are Steve (Peri) Snyder, Arlington Heights, Ill.; Daniel Snyder, Chicago, Ill.; Becky (Rick) Lewis, Berrien Center, Mich.; Paul (Julie) Snyder, Greater Phoenix, Ariz.; Brian (Caryn)  Snyder, Casnovia, Mich.; and Marilyn Ruth (Kevin) Lilly, Hilliard, Ohio. They have 12 grandchildren.

An open house to honor the couple is planned from 1-4 p.m. July 8 at Community Bible Church, 2947 County Farm Road, Warsaw, IN 46580.

Cards may be sent to the couple in care of the church.
