Gospel Echoes Singer To Be At Calvary UMC

SYRACUSE — Nicole Fullmer, an Ohio native who works with Gospel Echoes, will share her life experiences in stories and song.

Fullmer will be featured in the informal public meeting series “Calvary Connects” at 6:30 p.m. June 28 at Calvary United Methodist Church, 801 S. Huntington St.

The event will be in the church parlor.



The Hyssongs In Concert At Riverview

TIPPECANOE — The Hyssongs will give a gospel concert at 6 p.m. Sunday at Riverview Community Church.

The Hyssongs have sung together for 19 years and have received several awards, including the Singing Fan News Fan Award for 2014 and Favorite New Trio. They perform annually at Silver Dollar City and Dollywood and have been featured on Paul Heil’s “Gospel Greats” radio program.

There is no charge for the concert, but a love offering will be collected.

The church is at 3780 Ind. 110, Tippecanoe.



Outdoor Worship At Living Hope Sunday

Living Hope Ministries is hosting an outdoor worship service at 10 a.m. Sunday.

People are invited to bring chairs and blankets to the service at 595 E. CR 350N, Warsaw.

A time of fellowship including pizza will follow.



Bake Sale, Rummage Sale Planned Saturday

New Vision Church is having a bake sale and rummage sale beginning at 8 a.m. Saturday.

The church is at 2216 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw.



Strawberry Festival Sunday In Oswego

OSWEGO — First Baptist Church is planning a strawberry festival at 10:30 a.m. Sunday.

Dr. Ron Manahan is pastor, and special music will be by Janelle Taylor.

Everyone is invited to the event, and to stay for a carry-in dinner.

The church is at 2985 E. Church St., Oswego.



Crace Family Will Be In Concert Sunday

CLAYPOOL — The Crace family will be in concert at 10 a.m. Sunday at the Full Gospel Tabernacle Church, Claypool.

The church is at 205 N. Main St.



Bluegrass, Southern Gospel Concert June 17

CLAYPOOL — Trinity River Band and the Dotsons will be  in concert June 17 at First Freewill Baptist Church of Kosciusko County.

Trinity River Band will celebrate its 10th anniversary as a one-family bluegrass band in 2017.

The Dotsons are in the 19th year of singing and writing southern gospel songs. This concert will feature the release of their new CD, “Who Will Tell Them.”

The concert begins at 6 p.m.

The church is on CR 700S, Claypool.



Garage Sale June 15-17 At New Harvest

A garage sale is planned June 15-17 at New Harvest Church of the Nazarene.

The sale will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 15-16 and will begin at 8 a.m. June 17.

The church is at 1654 Fisher Ave. (Ind. 15S), just past the Rozella Road stoplight.



Hyssongs Coming To Magical Meadows

The Hyssongs will be in concert at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Magical Meadows therapeutic horseback riding facility.

Admission is free, but a love offering will be collected for the Hyssongs.

Magical Meadows is at 3386 E. CR 525N, Warsaw.



Patona Bay Lakeside Services Continue

LEESBURG — Lakeside services will be at 8:30 a.m. every Sunday through Sept. 3 at Patona Bay on Tippecanoe Lake.

Pastor Rob of Leesburg United Methodist Church will give the message each week from the pontoon on the lake. This week’s guest musician is Steve Stahly.

Guests may come by boat and anchor in front of Patona Bay or bring a chair and join the service on land.

The church also offers services at 9:15 a.m. every Sunday at its facility at 111 W. Prairie St.



Bible Study Essentials Topic Of Workshop

“The Essentials of Inductive Bible Study” will be presented by Precept Ministries International in Warsaw on June 17.

The workshop will introduce methods of observation, interpretation and application when studying the Bible.  

The course will be at Warsaw Community Church, 1855 S. County Farm Road, Warsaw. Registration is at 8:30 a.m. and the class will be from 9 a.m. to noon.

The Greater Warsaw Ministerial Association endorses this event to help people grow in their spiritual life.
