• 11:34 p.m. Friday – Shayla Ann Swank, 38, of 301 E. George St., North Webster, arrested for theft with a prior, possession of narcotics, possession of a syringe for a legend drug and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:49 p.m. Friday – Toby Daniel Jackson, 35, of 30 EMS B34 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for intimidation of law enforcement and disorderly conduct. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:08 a.m. Saturday – Lauri Ann Freeman, 28, Chicago, Ill., arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.

• 12:29 p.m. Saturday – Robert Edwin Gross, 48, of 747 E. Main St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $200.

• 1:02 p.m. Saturday – Michael Allen Garman, 33, of 3787 N. CR 900W, #212, Cromwell, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $500.

• 8:49 a.m. Saturday – Michael James Kausal, 53, of 27 EMS D18A1 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.

• 6:08 p.m. Saturday – Stuart Lee Lewallen, 55, of 905 S. Harkless Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set. 

• 7:16 p.m. Saturday – Arrow Um, 45, of 211 Eisenhower Parkway, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child. No bond set. 

• 8:25 p.m. Saturday – Fred Edward Reynolds, 21, of 307 E. Linwood Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operator never licensed. Bond: $500.

• 9:15 p.m. Saturday – Jodean Marie Neher, 48, of 7342 W. CR 1150S, Akron, arrested for dealing meth, possession of a narcotic, possession of paraphernalia. failure to appear and possession of marijuana. Bond: $20,750. 

• 9:21 p,m. Saturday – Mary Ellen Avery, 40, of 409 N. Washington St., #B, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:39 p.m. Saturday – Lonie Eugene Miller, 23, Middlebury, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.

• 5 a.m. Sunday – Mychal David Loper, 27, of 7979 CR 600W, Etna Green, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $383.50.

• 9:12 a.m. Sunday – Sterling Ray Templeton, 36, of 4839 N. CR 700E, Leesburg, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended. Bond: $600.

• 4:58 p.m. Sunday – Ahuatl Everardo Cacahua, 24, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #205, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.



Personal Injury Accident

• 4:12 a.m. today– Intersection of Lake City Highway and CR 150W, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collison. Drivers: Pamala Engle, 56, Main Street, Sidney; Gregory Prater, 34, CR 250S, Akron. Injury: Engle complained of leg pain but refused medical treatment. Damage: $10,000 to $25.000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:27 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of East Main and North Detroit streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Phillip Fretz, 69, CR 200N, Warsaw; Channing Kruse, 25, Northside Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.

• 2:59 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of North Maple Avenue and East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Heather Sparks, 44, Columbia City; Gary Miller, 37, CR 700S, Claypool. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.

• 5 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of East Center Street and Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: James Humphrey, 52, Fort Wayne; Shirley Hyde, 52, South Barbee Drive, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

• 3:15 a.m. Sunday – Intersections of CRs 800W and 850N, Warsaw. Motorcycle ran off the road. Driver: Jeffery Bisallion, 27, CR 600N, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. 

• 12:01 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of Ind. 13 and CR 150S, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Regina Friedrich, Ind. 13, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.

• 3:13 p.m. Sunday –  Intersection of Lake City Highway and Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jonathan Harmon, 19, Lydia Drive, Warsaw; Larry Swihart, 74, Tippecanoe; Donnie Belles. 73, Lincoln Highway, Bourbon. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

• 11:26 a.m. Saturday – A wallet was reported lost in the 200 block of South Union Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:26 a.m. Sunday – Damage was reported to a sink in the 500 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.
