• 10:23 a.m. Wednesday – Cameron Bryce McCain, 22, Goshen, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600. 

• 11:25 a.m. Wednesday – Guadalupe Garcia, 23, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 12:20 p.m. Wednesday – Jody Iness Love-Hone, 24, of 72833 CR 29, #7, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $183.50.

• 1:33 p.m. Wednesday – Nickolas Stewart Walters, 30, of 1516 Dot St., #B, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.  

• 5:19 p.m. Wednesday – Joshua Anthony Wolf, 32, of 4271 S. Mallard Road, Mentone, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $10,250.

• 5:23 p.m. Wednesday – Colt James Hubler, 23, of 208 E. 2nd Street, North Manchester,  arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $388. 

• 8:49 p.m. Wednesday – Jeffery Brandon Prater, 24, of 930 Walkers Ridge, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.

• 3:05 a.m. today ­– Brandon Craig Miller, 33, New Paris, arrested for possession of meth and possession of a syringe for a legend drug, possession of a narcotic, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of a legend drug. Bond: $5,250. 

• 3:12 a.m. today – Akshaysingh Ubaysingh Rajput, 24, of 641 Walter Way, #G, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.



Property Damage Accidents

• 2:56 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Huntington Street and Lynwood Drive, Syracuse. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Charles Lantz, 88, Front Street, Syracuse; Steven Lashure, 47, Alexandria. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated. 

• 4:58 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Center and Hickory streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision Drivers: Janice Owens, 79, Union Street, Warsaw;  Juan Malagon, 57, Warsaw. Damage: Under $750. Warsaw Police Department investigated. 

• 10:25 p.m. Wednesday  – Intersection of U.S. 30 and Old 30, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Charlie Daniels, 29, Ind. 15, Warsaw; Emma Henning, 85, Arthur Street, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. WPD.

• 4:15 a.m. today – Intersection of Ind. 13 and CR 725S, Sidney. Car hit deer. Driver: Arvel Conley, 30, Servia. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 1:05 p.m. Wednesday – A person reported a fraud in the 2600 block of North Lakeview Drive, Warsaw. KCSD.
