They were married July 11, 1943, at the home of the bride near Clunette by Ruth’s grandfather, the Rev. John E. McColley.
They have three daughters: Carolyn (Richard) Ringeisen, Seneca, S.C.; Jeannette (Dick) Findley, Solomons, Md.; and Myra (Steve) Alexander, Milford. They love and enjoy their grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Dale was a farmer and electrician, and Ruth was a secretary and homemaker.
The Byrers celebrated their special day with family.
