• 9:04 p.m. Friday – Stephen Michael Colletta, 62, of 202 N. Walnut St., North Manchester, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.

• 9:10 p.m. Friday – Starr Annette Privett, 43, of 3263 E. Eldorda Drive, Silver Lake, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $1,100.

• 9:59 p.m. Friday – Melissa Lynn Wilson, 37, of 514 S. Detroit St., Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $878.50.

• 10:39 p.m. Friday – David Justin Roper, 35, of 123 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Bond: $400.

• 6:15 a.m. Saturday – Heather Deann Davis, 25, of 706 S. Thwaits Court, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and driving while suspended. Bond: $700.

• 9:20 a.m. Saturday – Holi Ateyo, 19, homeless, arrested for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $400.

• 3:32 p.m. Saturday – Noelle Gabrielle Katel Cost, 25, Sidney, Ohio, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600. 

• 3:31 p.m. Saturday – Levi Joseph Carl King, 22, Urbana, Ohio, arrested for possession of cocaine. Bond: $5,250. 

• 7:15 p.m. Saturday – Randy Walgamuth, 57, of 413 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500. 

• 9:02 p.m. Saturday – Kyle Jacob Abbott, 22, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #193, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:27 p.m. Saturday – Betty Jo Liptow, 65, of 5164 W. Corlys Lane, Silver Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and driving while suspended. Bond: $700.

• 1:47 a.m. Sunday – Nicholas Gage Harder, 23, Mishawaka, arrested for possession of hash/oil/salva and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $450.

• 2:11 a.m. Sunday – Jackson Chase Magley, 26, Indianapolis, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 2:45 a.m. Sunday – Henry Blake Ford, 29, of 207 E. Pittsburgh St., Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended. No bond set.

• 3:20 a.m. Sunday – Nicholas Scott Baysinger, 26, New Haven, arrested for possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and driving while suspended. Bond: $700.

• 4:10 a.m. Sunday – Richard Jacob Odell, 27, Rochester, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 11:40 a.m. Sunday – James Joseph Miller, 48, of 611 E. Northside Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $154.50.



Property Damage Accidents

• 3:26 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of CRs 300E and 1000N, Syracuse. Car hit speed limit sign. Driver: Keyanna Clevenger, 17, Koher Road, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 1:03 p.m. Saturday – 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle registered to Jesse Ferguson, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. Damage: $750 to $1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated. 

• 1:24 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of East Winona Avenue and South McKinley Street, Winona Lake. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Keegan Bays, 17, CR 300E, Warsaw; Michael Morel, 54, Country Club Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.

• 4:05 a.m. Saturday – A person reported a delinquent act by a juvenile in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:57 p.m. Saturday – A counterfeit $20 was reported in the 1000 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:07 p.m. Saturday – Police responded to a domestic battery in the 200 block of Lakeland Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7 p.m. Saturday – A person reported a theft of four bicycles in the 9300 block of West CR 1200N, Nappanee. KCSD.

• 6:20 p.m. Saturday – A person reported a fraud n the 1600 block of CR 650W, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:18 p.m. Sunday – A woman reported a tire coming off and hitting her truck in the 2700 block of Warsaw-Oswego Road, Warsaw. WPD.
