Henry F. Sierk, 72, of Milford, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at 7:55 p.m. in Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, Fort Wayne.

On Nov. 23, 1944, in Panama City, Panama, he was born to Rudy and Rosa Peña Sierk. A resident of Kosciusko County since 1956, he was a retired farmer and owned video rental stores in Nappanee, Ligonier, Kendallville and Warsaw. He attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Warsaw.

He is survived by his son, Craig Sierk, Fort Wayne; his daughter, Kelly Shepherd, Warsaw; his mother, Rosa Sierk, Grand Rapids, Mich.; two sisters, Gloria Blase, Grand Rapids, and Ida Bender, Milford. He also is survived by his grandchildren, Sophia and Miles Sierk, John Shepherd Jr. and Kailie Margaret Shepherd; great-grandchildren, Tyler Ritchie, Bentley Green and J.J. Shepherd. He was preceded in death by his father, Rudy Sierk.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, July 25, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. at Stony Point Cemetery, Clunette, with Father Phil DeVolder officiating.

Visitation will be Tuesday, July 25, 2017, from 11  a.m. to 1 p.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel in Warsaw.
