The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 11:42 a.m. Wednesday – Donald Ray Shepherd, 47, of 206 S. Walnut St., Mentone, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $516.

• 12:55 p.m. Wednesday – Lucile Marie Wisolek, 19, Elkhart, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.

• 3:34 p.m. Wednesday – Shane Lee Senter, 41, of 9508 E. King Arthur Trail, Cromwell, arrested for invasion of privacy and possession of failure to appear. Bond: $1,500.

• 3:41 p.m. Wednesday – Curtis Jay Michael, 41, Kimmell, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:24 p.m. Wednesday – Rachel Leann Adams, 39, of 527 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested on four counts of failure to appear, corrupt business influence and on civil warrant. Bond: $21,212. 

• 6:40 p.m. Wednesday – Lisa Ann Withers, 36, of 8846 E. Crow Road, Syracuse, arrested for criminal trespass, possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:14 p.m. Wednesday – Bernie Joe Montileaux, 37, of 416 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation and two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $600.

• 11:52 p.m. Wednesday – Joshua Ryan Auer, 23, of 212 First St., #1, Milford, arrested for residental entry, invasion of privacy and domestic battery. $5,250. 



Personal Injury Accident

• 4:27 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 25 and CR 900W, Mentone. Motorcycle rider went off the road and was thrown from his motorcycle. Driver: Allen Hodge, 38, South Manns Road, Claypool. Injury: Hodge was airlifted to Parkview Fort Wayne with a neck injury. Damage: $750 to $1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.



Property Damage Accidents

• 2:24 a.m. Monday – Intersection of CRs 100E and 250N, Warsaw. Car ran off the road. Driver: Ryan Dye, 32, North Runkle Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,000. KCSD.

• 7:12 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and CR 700S, Claypool. Car hit a guardrail. Driver: Cassius Rovenstine, 30, CR 100N, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.

• 11: 58 a.m. Monday – 365 W. Market St., Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle registered to Judy Pennington, Warsaw. Driver: Edna Chandler, 60, U.S. 30, Pierceton. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:28 p.m. Monday – Intersection of CR 400S and Ind. 15, Warsaw. Truck hit parked vehicle registrered to Dana Helvie, Sycamore Street, Silver Lake. Driver: David Lee, 47, Ind. 14, Silver Lake. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD. 

• 1:52 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CRs 850S and 700E, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Brogan Hoover, 19, CR 75N, Etna Green. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.

• 2:41 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CRs 850E and 150N, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Abigail Mickem, 43, EMS B34 Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.

• 10:45 a.m. Wednesday – 3925 Corridor Drive, Warsaw. Single–vehicle accident. Driver: Teresa Evans, 63, Lynn Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.



Incidents 

• 1:53 a.m. Monday – Police responded to a report of public intoxication in the 200 block of Huntington Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated. 

• 2:41 a.m. Monday – A person turned in a lost bicycle in the 400 block of South Columbia Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:52 p.m. Tuesday – A person  reported a check fraud in the 800 block of CR 400N, Warsaw. KCSD. 

• 5:37 p.m. Tuesday – A person reported the theft of bicycles in the 200 block of North Sherman Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:53 p.m. Tuesday – A woman reported her dog being shot with a BB gun in the 1110 block of Highland place, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:06 p.m. Wednesday – A person turned in lost bicycles to police in the 200 block Union Street, Warsaw. WPD.
