    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Sailing Rendezvous Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Agricultural to an Residential District, The Following Real Estate, located on the West side of Turkey Creek Rd. and 0’ South of 1100 N, Key Number 007-094-001.B, 007-094-001.BB, 007-094-001.BA, & 007-094-001.BC in Turkey Creek Township.

    And Described As Follows, To Wit:

    Survey Description

    Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 34 North, Range 7 East. Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County. Indiana. more particularly described as follows:

    Beginning at the North Quarter corner of said Section 24; thence North 89 degree 09 minutes 48 seconds West, on and. along the North line of said Northwest Quarter, to the West Right-of-way line of Wawasee Drive, a distance of 1144.38 feet; thence South 11 degree 04 minutes 14 seconds East on and along said West Right-of-way line a distance of 8.16 feet to a 1/2-inch pipe; thence North 88 degree 56 minutes 16 seconds West, a distance of 193.34 feet to the Southwest corner of a seawall; thence the following courses and distances -along the edge of water along Lake Wawasee:
