Enchanted Hills Robbery Leads To One Arrest

CROMWELL – One man was arrested and two others are being sought in connection with a robbery in the Enchanted Hills area.
Joshua Michael Tucco, 20, of 9331 E. Sleepy Hollow Parkway, Cromwell, was arrested Saturday evening. He faces felony charges of robbery and battery and a misdemeanor count of theft.
Felony warrants have been issued for Nicolis Strickland, 20, of 3588 E. Pierceton Road, Warsaw, and Brandon Ditton, 20, of 911 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, in connection with the incident.
A Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department deputy responded to a fight in progress on July 2. The deputy spoke with the victim who said he was riding his dirt bike to the Enchanted Hills pool when Tucco, Strickland and Ditton knocked him off his bike and started hitting him, according to court records.
The victim’s eye was swollen shut from the attack.
The victim told police the men took his iPhone, a speaker, iPad and some clothing.
Police went to Strickland’s residence where Strickland told police they suspected the victim had stolen items from them, so they attacked him and took his backpack and left, according to court documents.
Tucco’s bond was set at $31,000 but he has since been released.
