Family Fun Day Saturday At Rarick Park

A family fun day is planned from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at Rarick Park, Warsaw (behind Marsh).

The event, sponsored by Healing House, will include games and food. Everyone is welcome.



Concerts Planned At Full Gospel Tabernacle

CLAYPOOL — Two concerts are planned this month at Full Gospel Tabernacle Church, 205 N. Main St., Claypool.

The Beliles Family will be at the church Sunday. Sunday school is at 10 a.m., and the concert will begin at 11 a.m.

Heirline and The Dotsons will sing at 7 p.m. July 21. A freewill offering will be collected for Heirline.



Saxophonist At Boat-In Worship Sunday

SYRACUSE — Dennis Gwizdala will perform Sunday at the boat-in worship service on Lake Wawasee.

Gwizdala is a saxophonist, singer, songwriter and speaker. He is “one of boat-in’s best performers,” according to worship leader Harlan Steffen.

Those who wish to attend the service may board the Lillypad boat by 7:35 a.m., or go to the lawn at Oakwood Inn by 8:30 a.m. The service ends at 9 a.m.

The Rev. Pat Park is the minister.



Revival Coming To Pentecostal Lighthouse

The Rev. Pete Ashby from Cumberland, Ky., will speak at revival meetings next week at Pentecostal Lighthouse.

The first meeting will begin at 7 p.m. Monday; meetings will continue nightly “until the Lord is through.”

Archer To Sing At Sunday Lakeside Service

LEESBURG — Abby Archer, Fort Wayne, will be the guest musician Sunday at Leesburg United Methodist Church’s lakeside service.

Archer, who works at Lassus Bros, has been singing for 20 years. She is classically trained, but she enjoys singing country music. She often sings at local events and churches.

Guests may anchor in front of Patona Bay for the 8:30 a.m. service, or bring a chair if you plan to join the service on land. If it rains, the service will be in the boat house at Patona Bay.

The church also has a service at 9:30 a.m. at its building in Leesburg.



Freedom River, Evangelist At Park Service

Evangelist Justine Megething and the group Freedom River will be at a service Saturday at Richardson Park.

“Come as you are and let us love you and minister to you,” says Community Care Ministry.

The service will begin at 3 p.m. at the park, which is on Market Street east of Dollar General. Refreshments will be served after the service.



Faith Fellowship To Host Evangelist

SIDNEY — Evangelist Mike Manuel of Pecks Mill, W.Va., will have a special service Sunday at Faith Fellowship Church.

Manuel has a photographic memory and “is full of God’s Word,” says Pastor Don Horn. Before retiring, he was a high school teacher.

The service will begin at 10 a.m. Sunday. A dinner will follow the service. Everyone is welcome.
