County Jail Bookings

 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 1:42 a.m. Tuesday – Brian Dashaun Adkins, 18, of 1409 Park Ave., Winona Lake, arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deal and possession of marijuana. Bond: $5,250. 

• 1:53 a.m. Tuesday – Matthew Kenneth Hayes, 22, Detroit, arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent deal and possession of marijuana. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:27 a.m. Tuesday – Toran Lee Savant, 32, of 888 S. Oak Brook Place, Warsaw, arrested for strangulation and domestic battery. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:47 p.m. Tuesday – Ronald Richard Spaulding, 51, of 15919 E. CR 375S, Silver Lake, arrested on two counts of two theft. Bond: $1,200.

• 6:58 p.m. Tuesday – Robert Ray Mansfield, 43, of 1100 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.

• 9:51 p.m. Tuesday – Christina Miller, 38, of 1046 E. CR 300N, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 11:28 p.m. Tuesday – Misty Dawn Shambaugh, 39, of 10216 S. CR 675W, Silver Lake, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $500.

• 1:29 a.m. today – Travis Samuel Miller, 40, Middlebury,  arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $600.



Property Damage Accident

• 6:13 p.m Tuesday – Intersection of East Smith and South Bronson streets, Warsaw Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Ruben Arroyo, 43, Orchard Street, Akron; Taylor Baney, 24, Hunters Ridge, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.



Incidents

• 1:19 p.m. Tuesday – Police responded to a report of windows shot with a BB gun in the 100 block of Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:49 p.m. Tuesday – A person reported a theft in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
