 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 8:27 p.m. Friday – Martha Mae Collins, 31, of 5575 S. Woodland Lane, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license. Bond: $600.

• 8:28 p.m. Friday – George Prater, 35, of 5751 S. Woodland Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth and possession of marijuana. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:05 a.m. Saturday – Jason Paul Tyler, 37, Rochester, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $400.

• 10:13 a.m. Saturday – Douglas Arthur Allard, 30, of 210 E. Chicago St., Syracuse, arrested on a civil warrant and for nonsupport of a dependent. Bond: $3,000.

• 6:30 p.m. Saturday – Mitchell Allen Dawson, 35, of 719 W. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery causing moderate battery injury. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:16 p.m. Saturday – Rose Ellen Long, 55, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $3,650.

• 8:51 p.m. Saturday – Alania Leighan Jacynth Barrington, 36, of 402 N. Broadway St., Mentone, arrested for theft with a prior, theft, failure to appear and probation violation. Bond: $12,095. 

• 12:30 p.m. Sunday – Richard Alex Watkins, 29, Wabash, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $600. 

• 6:26 p.m. Sunday – Jacob Paul Miller, 44, Fort Wayne, arrested for criminal confinement, domestic battery and on four counts of failure to appear. Bond: $1,350.

• 8:07 p.m. Sunday – Terry Lee Zerler, 49, Fort Wayne, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $2,000.

• 8:52 p.m. Sunday – Christopher Todd Warren, 29, of 54 EMS B 38B Lane, Leesburg, arrested for battery causing bodily injury and criminal mischief. Bond: $600.

• 2:59 p.m. Monday – Brad Alan Baker, 29, of 349 S. Baker St., Cromwell, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $283.

• 3:08 p.m. Monday – Jonathan Dale Short, 24, Ligonier, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $750.

• 3:25 p.m. Monday – Dylan Bryce Eldridge, 19, of 420 W. Crystal Flash Road, North Webster, arrested for burglary of dwelling and counterfeiting. Bond: $32,000.

• 5:14 p.m. Monday – Ross Richard Harvey, 22, of 1022 N. Branch St., Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.

• 6:09 p.m. Monday – Steven Paul Caradea, 29, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 8:11 p.m. Monday – Scott Alan Farmer, 38, of 965 E. Mock Road, Milford, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 8:44 p.m. Monday – Alfred Walter Paul McDonald, 51, of 602 S. McClellan St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child and criminal conversion – using a vehicle in a felony. Bond: $11,250.

• 10:22 p.m. Monday – John Lloyd Howard Cook, 33, of 10767 W. CR 200S, Bourbon, arrested for giving a false report. Bond: $600.

• 12:49 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of County Farm Road and CR 1200S, Silver Lake. Car became immersed in high water. Driver: Rachel Steele, 30, Bowser Road, Syracuse. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 7:04 a.m. Saturday – 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Car hit a sign post. Driver: Danita Honea, 51, Ind. 13, Leesburg. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 11:39 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Alica Heim, 38, South West Street, Milford. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.

• 2:49 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of CR 175E and Doe Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Edna Contreras, 48, Timberline Circle, Warsaw; Debra Snzek, 63, Dogwood Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,5000. KCSD.

• 9:50 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of CRs 300S and  25W, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Sarah Weaver, 33, Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw.

Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD. 

• 12:51 p.m. Sunday – 3611 Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Mary Allen, 58, Levi Lee Road, #92, Warsaw; James Terry, 53, Crown Point. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

• 2:53 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of East Center and North Hickory streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Chayla Foster, 41, Ivywood Drive, Warsaw; Rocky Bays, 52, Tyner Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

• 2:09 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and CR 400N, Warsaw. Truck hit building. Driver: Nathan Hare, 21, Circle Drive, Syracuse. Damage $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.

• 4:53 a.m. Monday – Intersection of CRs 400W and 150S, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Candance Mort, 29, CR 400W, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.

• 2:15 p.m. Monday – 730 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Hit-skip on parked vehicle registered to Ruth Hartman, CR 300 East, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000 to $2,000. KCSD.

• 7:49 p.m. Sunday – A person reported a broken glass on a entry door at the First Baptist Church of Warsaw in the 2800 block of East Pierceton Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:21 p.m. Sunday – A person reported a theft in the 2400 block of CR 250S, Warsaw. WPD. 

• 7:48 p.m. Monday – Police responded to domestic battery in the 1600 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:09 p.m. Monday – A person reported a theft of jewelry  in the 500 block of CR 300N, Warsaw. WPD.
