Mary Ann Culbertson, 85, passed away at 9:25 p.m. Saturday, July 1, 2017, in Grace Village Retirement Community, Winona Lake.

Mary Ann was born Jan. 23, 1932, in Pierceton, to Ralph and Edith Haines Wertenberger. She was a 1950 graduate of Pierceton High School.

Jack Culbertson and Mary Ann were joined in marriage Feb. 16, 1952, in Pierceton. They were blessed to share 65 years. 

A lifetime resident of Pierceton and Warsaw, she owned and operated Mary Ann Culbertson Realty in Warsaw for the past 40 years. She belonged to the Kosciusko County Board of Realtors, Indiana Board of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors.

Left with special memories to treasure are her husband, Jack; daughter, Sandy Miller, Warsaw; grandson, Jeff Miller, Syracuse; and a sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Norman Munson, Fort Wayne. 

Two siblings would precede her in passing: Ralph Wertenberger Jr., Sept. 28, 1999, and Z. Jean Powers, Dec. 13, 2014.

A private service has taken place with Pastor Glenn Hall of Harvest Community Church, Pierceton, officiating. Burial was in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.

The staff of Titus Funeral Home considers it a privilege and an honor to care for the family and friends of Mary Ann Culbertson. Peace to her memory.
